SelectUSA event to highlight international investment and economic partnerships as the U.S. marks its 250th anniversary.
U.S. Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick announced that registration is open for the 2026 SelectUSA Investment Summit, scheduled for May 3–6, 2026, in National Harbor, Maryland. The annual event connects international investors with U.S. economic development organizations to promote foreign direct investment (FDI). Last year’s summit drew more than 5,500 participants from over 100 countries and contributed to nearly $1 billion in new investment commitments.
“The SelectUSA Investment Summit plays an instrumental part in facilitating and amplifying foreign direct investment into the United States. We look forward to the 2026 SelectUSA Investment Summit, which will help to further spur investment in critical sectors – especially as we celebrate 250 years of American enterprise and ingenuity,” said Secretary Lutnick.
The 2026 summit coincides with the nation’s 250th anniversary and will feature senior government officials, business executives, and industry experts. Participants will engage in discussions, networking, and exhibits focused on innovation, manufacturing, technology, and sustainable growth.
